These air fryer sweet potato cubes are simple to make, naturally sweet, and healthy. With a golden, crispy exterior and a soft center, they’re a dish you’ll want to make again and again.
Peel sweet potatoes, slice them into 1 cm (½ inch) thick rounds, and then cut into cubes.
In a large bowl, combine the cubes with olive oil. Add all the seasonings and toss until evenly coated.
Preheat air fryer to 180°C (360°F). Spread cubes in a single layer and cook for about 15 minutes until they turn golden brown and crispy. Shake potatoes halfway through so that the heat is evenly distributed.
Garnish with your favorite chopped herbs and grated parmesan or another hard cheese if desired.
